And they told me not to worry and that they would help address the water, potential mold, and because my house was old, the asbestos tile that was literally everywhere. Sean is an absolute expert in what he does and managed everything for me. From bringing in the right contractors to remove the tile and bring my kitchen to studs, to working with the right person to rebuild my kitchen back to better than it was when we started. The process took a while (which was expected), but I was more than happy that everything was done with extreme expertise and care (even over the holidays) From my perspective, the only thing I had to do was pick out what I wanted. I hired Pioneer to do a trash out of a house I became responsible for in New Haven County. It wasn't something we could handle on our own because of environmental concerns including mold from years of water damage. Holly and Sean provide a very prompt estimate and just as prompt service after we decided to move forward. I was nothing short of shocked with how fast they started and completed the project. The quality of the work was also impressive.
